Garlic Pickle Recipe (Step by Step)

Ingredients (Samagri):

  • 250 g garlic cloves (lahsun)

  • 150 ml mustard oil (sarson ka tel)

  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana)

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)

  • ½ tsp hing (asafoetida)

Method (Banane ka Tareeka):

  1. Lahsun ke kaliyan chhil kar halka sa sukha lijiye.

  2. Sarson ka tel garam karke thoda thanda kar lijiye.

  3. Garlic ke tukdon ko masale (namak, mirch, haldi, methi, saunf, hing) ke saath mix kariye.

  4. Masala mix garlic par dal kar achhi tarah se milaiye.

  5. Pickle ko glass jar me bhar kar 5–7 din dhoop me rakhiye.

  6. Roz jar ko hilaate rahiye taaki masale evenly coat ho jayein.
